Aéras is my ongoing Woodcut Printing Series, focusing on the importance and the essential role that wood, as a matterial, plays on particular professions that I 'm very connected with. Aéras_2 is spotlighting the kinesiology of a pole-climber electrician, and how they handle the wooden pole, which their life is based on, on that moments of service. My father is working on that profession since 1975.

During the COVID-19 lock-down I kept on developing my ongoing painting project Tefra Airlines, that it used to present imaginative situations with (mainly) airplanes starring in surrealistic situations. In the lockdown period I decided to focus on the formalistic part of the airplane and paint them static and sleepy, dreaming of their future flights.
