Celtic knotwork, Classical Greek sculpture, and early Italian Renaissance art
are some of the things which have inspired me in my work.
I hope to produce a multi-layered image involving the human figure.
I am interested in the formal design of a painting or sculpture as well as its narrative content.
A picture works for me when it has an air of mystery as well as being decorative and formally satisfying.
